RESTORE/CLEAN/MAINTAIN

A practical system for places that need to keep working.

01 / WHAT WE DO

The right care.
For the job in front of you.

Start with one issue, a presentation refresh or a recurring upkeep plan. We confirm the surface, scope and site requirements before agreeing the work.

Connected services.
One accountable contact.

Not sure what you need?
01Pressure & surface cleaning

Paths, entries, external walls and hardstand areas. Start with the surface and its condition, then agree a suitable cleaning method and access plan.

02Graffiti removal

Assess the mark and substrate, discuss removal options and consider recurring damage. Sensitive finishes may need a test area before treatment.

03Painting & restoration

Touch-ups, surface preparation and repainting to restore presentation. Scope, finish, access and any trade requirements are confirmed before quoting.

04Protective & anti-slip coatings

Discuss coating options for exposed or worn surfaces. Product suitability, preparation and any performance or testing requirements need site-specific assessment.

05Responsive maintenance

An issue that needs attention and a clear next step. We review the requirement, confirm whether it fits our scope and agree timing and responsibilities.

06Planned upkeep

Recurring care agreed around condition, use and presentation standards. Define the assets, frequency, access windows and close-out information your team needs.

02 / BUILT AROUND YOUR ROLE

Your property. Your priorities.

FOR OWNER-OPERATORS

A better first impression.
A simpler job to manage.

Keep entries, outdoor areas and visible surfaces looking cared for, with a scope and schedule that work around your customers.

A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before we get started.

Can I start with just one job?

Yes. Start with a defined requirement. Scope, pricing, availability and any site visit are agreed before you commit to work.

Do you work around tenants and customers?

Include trading hours, tenant access, noise constraints and restricted areas in the brief. The work window and site arrangements need to be confirmed as part of the quote.

Can I request recurring care or multiple sites?

Yes. Choose planned upkeep in the selector. Include a site list, required frequency and reporting expectations so a suitable scope can be discussed.

How do I request a quote?

Call Ian on 0404 274 687 or email hello@keelam.com.au with the location, work needed and a few photos. You can also use the service selector to prepare and submit your brief. Scope, availability and pricing are confirmed before work is agreed.
